Project Spotlight: ACO x Zervio Orbit x Potentia Engineering
We’re proud to share another successful Zervio Orbit deployment — this time at ACO’s flagship facility — delivered in partnership with our trusted installation partner Potentia Engineering Ltd.
As part of ACO’s ongoing sustainability and energy-efficiency strategy, the site required a monitoring foundation that is accurate, auditable, and built for long-term operational use — not just a basic dashboard. The outcome is a robust, future-proof setup designed to provide clear visibility into energy flows and support data-driven decision-making across the facility.
What was deployed
This installation included a full Zervio monitoring stack, built around three core elements:
🔧 Zervio Orbit Edge Controller
Installed as the on-site gateway responsible for secure data acquisition and reliable communication across the facility. This provides real-time performance insight while also supporting long-term energy tracking and consistent historical data.
⚡ Three-phase MID-approved meters
Deployed to deliver precise import/export and load monitoring, providing transparency of energy flows across the site and supporting compliant, defensible measurement.
🔌 Integrated feed-in and solar generation monitoring
Configured to capture granular production data — enabling ACO to understand renewable output in detail and optimise how on-site generation is utilised.
Delivered cleanly, commissioned professionally
A key part of successful monitoring is the quality of installation and commissioning. This project was delivered seamlessly with the expertise of Potentia Engineering Ltd, ensuring a clean, compliant and professional execution from hardware installation through to configuration and handover.
Built for smarter operations
With this monitoring infrastructure in place, ACO now has the foundations required for reliable performance visibility and operational insight — supporting efficient solar generation, clearer reporting, and better energy decisions over time.
Powering smarter energy. Connecting better data.
